Tracey Cowling

Tracey has been working in Toronto real estate since 2003, developing a strong foundation of knowledge and experience that helps her clients navigate the market with confidence. She is known for her thoughtful, steady approach, particularly in fast-moving conditions where clear guidance and attention to detail matter most.

After graduating from the University of Western Ontario, Tracey began her career in project management and communications. This background continues to shape her work today, with a focus on organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Having raised her two sons in the Roncesvalles Village and Junction neighbourhoods, Tracey has a firsthand understanding of what makes a community feel like home at different stages of life. She has also been actively involved in local athletics, previously volunteering with the Etobicoke Basketball Association and Toronto High Park FC.

Outside of work, Tracey enjoys spending time with her family—often walking through High Park or exploring local trails with their dog, Finnegan—or relaxing with a good book.
