Zello currently resides with his wife Stephanie and kids Matthew & Sophiein the High Park area where he grew up. To date he has over 25 years
experience in the Real Estate industry and, through both personal and
professional experience, extensive knowledge of Toronto's West End homes,
market and lifestyle. After studying economics, urban planning & urban
development at the University of Western Ontario Zello first attained his
real estate license upon return to Toronto in 1989. He then spent several
years building and renovating prior to practicing Real Estate
professionally. Zello's extensive background and knowledge in building has
proven to be a valuable asset when assisting clients in their search for
the perfect home.
Zello was the recipient of the RE/MAX Platinum Award, Member of RE/MAX
Hall of Fame, the recipient of the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award,
and the RE/MAX Chairman's Club Award. He is a consistent Top Producer within RE/MAX Professionals Inc. Kingsway office and is currently ranked in the top 1% for Re/Max Agents in Canada.
Zello is actively involved in community athletics and you can often spot him with
his family at the local rink or on the baseball or lacrosse fields.
Tracey Cowling

Since being encouraged to pursue a career in Real Estate in 2003, Tracey has developed a breath of knowledge and experience that has allowed her clients to make confident and informed decisions when buying or selling in even the most fast paced of Toronto real estate markets. After graduating from the University of Western Ontario, Tracey began a career in project management and communications; developing her keen eye for detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize and focus in any situation. Raising two very active sons in the Roncesvalles Village and Junction neighbourhoods, Tracey has first-hand knowledge of what makes a community feel like home for families in all stages of life; volunteering with both the Etobicoke Basketball Association and Toronto High Park FC in the past. Free time is spent reading, or with her boys ~ usually walking through High Park or exploring trails with their dog Finnegan.

Kate has been working in Real Estate in various capacities for over 20 years. Shortly after graduating from the University of Toronto in 2004 she obtained her Real Estate Licence, and began working with Zello in 2006. Her strongest quality is that she brings confidence of competence to whatever task presents itself. As a result, her job description is continuously growing. She is an A to Z administrative assistant, equally comfortable producing legal documents and staging a property, designing marketing materials, showing homes, and communicating with Zello’s clients. Whether you’re buying or selling, Kate is at work behind the scenes ensuring that the process flows smoothly from start to finish. The best part of her job is the variety of challenges that it presents, which keeps her enthused and always learning. When not working she enjoys entertaining for family and friends, tackling DIY projects around her home, spending time at the cottage, and hiking in the great outdoors with her 2 dogs.
